If you are unsatisfied with any item purchased please contact us immediately and we will promptly remedy the problem to the best of our ability. We strive for quality and intend to assure our collectors that their art investments are protected and guaranteed.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less shipping costs), provided the item is returned within ten (10) days from the date of shipment and in its original packaging. Merchandise items (e.g. T-shirts, mugs, CDs) must be returned intact, never used or tampered with.
CARRIER, PACKAGING, SHIPPING
Large artworks: they are shipped via freight in professionally packaged containers appropriate to the size, weight and material of the artwork (heavy duty boxes, crates, etc.). Allow 5-7 business days for shipping.
Small artworks and merchandise (in stock): they can be shipped via various carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS) within 3-5 business days. If
Prints: they can be shipped via various carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS). Since these are custom-ordered, allow 7-10 business days for shipping.
If your artwork is received damaged, this is most likely the result of a shipping mishap. Please contact us via phone or e-mail within 24 hours of receipt so we can contact the shipping company and file a claim. We ship all large pieces of art using carriers specialized in professional packaging and shipping of delicate artwork to ensure the safest delivery possible. Nevertheless, should any damage occur, we will assist you every step of the way.
IMPORTANT NOTE: we require purchase of insurance for all items shipped. If customers decline purchase of insurance, we cannot guarantee refund should any damage occur to the item.
